Johnny Ortiz is one of three wonderful humans to be featured in the upcoming releases. Johnny runs a small scale dinner project in Northern New Mexico called / Shed, which is about reflecting time by sourcing the dinners with endemic foods, catered by the season. Johnny also creates ceramics which are ultimately used to serve food on during the dinners. He uses a micaceous clay native to Northern New Mexico that he digs and processes himself.
